Welcome to Beyond Cars. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our transport services.

1. Definitions

"Beyond Cars", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Beyond Cars Ltd, a private hire company registered in England and Wales. "Customer", "you", or "your" refers to any person who books or uses our services. "Services" refers to all transport services provided by Beyond Cars including airport transfers, chauffeur services, SEN transport, and mini-cab services.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us via email, SMS, or our booking system. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion. Prices quoted are valid at the time of booking and are subject to change for future bookings.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value. No-shows or cancellations made after the driver has been dispatched will be charged the full fare.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time. For airport pickups, passengers should proceed to the designated meeting point promptly after clearing customs. Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel documents. Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during the journey. Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol are prohibited in all vehicles.

5. Luggage

Standard bookings include reasonable luggage allowance as specified at the time of booking. Excess or oversized luggage must be declared at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse to transport items that cannot be safely accommodated. Beyond Cars is not liable for damage to luggage unless caused by our negligence.

6. Waiting Time

For airport pickups, we provide 45 minutes free waiting time for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals, calculated from the actual flight landing time. For all other pickups, 5 minutes free waiting time is included. Additional waiting time is charged at £15 per hour or part thereof.

7. Payment

Payment can be made by cash, credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Corporate account customers will be invoiced monthly unless otherwise agreed. All prices include VAT where applicable. Additional charges may apply for toll roads, congestion zones, or airport parking where required.

8. Liability

Beyond Cars maintains comprehensive insurance for all vehicles and passengers. Our liability for delays is limited to circumstances within our reasonable control. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other factors beyond our control. Claims for lost property must be made within 7 days of the journey.

9. Child Safety

Child seats are available on request and must be requested at the time of booking. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children are properly secured. Children under 3 years must use an appropriate child restraint. Children aged 3-12 years must use an appropriate child seat or booster unless they are 135cm or taller.

10. Complaints

Any complaints should be made in writing within 14 days of the journey to bookings@beyondcars.co.uk. We will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve issues within 14 working days.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
